The Foothills Country Hospice Society (FCHS) Annual General Meeting AGM) is held around the middle of October each year. This meeting is open to the public. During the AGM the last audited financials are presented. The financial year for FCHS is January to December. Other AGM agenda items include the year in review presented by the current Chair of the Board and may include elections for new board members. Only members may vote at the AGM. In order to become a voting member, a membership form must be completed in full. There is a small nominal fee to purchase a membership. Currently, the fee is $10.00.
